About Me

Originally from Glenmont, NY, a suburb of Albany, I started my career as a CPA at KPMG in 2013 in Boston, MA. Many of my clients were in technology and undergoing transformative M&A. I advised on over 30 M&A transactions for software companies backed by large PE clients such as Summit Partners, TA Associates, Providence Equity Partners, Providence Strategic Growth, and Vista Equity. ​

 

Wanting to broaden my M&A skillset, I transferred into Progress Partners, a technology-focused investment bank in Boston, where I worked on a variety of sell-side and buy-side transactions. In June 2021, I moved to Chicago for personal reasons and joined William Blair's Technology Investment Banking group, where I worked on software transactions ranging from $150 million to $1.5 billion in enterprise value. ​

 

With this foundation, I joined Lewis and Clark Ventures, where I have been investing in B2B software companies at the seed and series A stages. The majority of my time is spent on sourcing, diligence, portfolio companies, and fund administration/LP communication. I'm passionate about working with high-performing teams who challenge me every day and finding disruptive technology companies who are changing the status quo. I love investing in founders who have developed a unique perspective through their trials and tribulations and are determined to make their vision a reality.
